The site of Taiwan Museum of Suncake is a well maintained century-old architecture called Chuan An Tang which was built during the Japanese rule. In early times, Chuan An Tang was a medicine shop that sold imported medicine and daily commodities. Today, the old architecture is renovated by a professional team to incorporate local Taichung culture, creating a remarkable coalition of confectionary culture and historical sites.
