Dakeng Trail No. 6 is 1.7 kilometers in length. It starts at Dakeng No. 6 parking lot; and ends at Fengdongshi Park, where hikers can turn around and take the same way back. Its elevation is between 227 and 373 meters. The trail has gentle slopes, overlooking Fengyuan area and the chimney of Taichung Environmental Protection Bureau. There is a Guanyin Pavilion on the way, with a white statue of Guanyin, the Goddess of Mercy. There are also a children's playground and other pavilions.
Dakeng Trail No.6
Distance: About 1.7 km. It's suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
Entrance: There are 2 entrances: the first one can be reached by Songzhu Road and walking along industrial road to the Parking lot No.6 then ascending the mountain; and the other is close to Guanyin Pavilion, you will need to pass Guangxi Lane first, and follow the walkway.
Features: It's flat. From Wind-Moving Rock Park at the end, you can overlook the scenery of Fengyuan District and the environmental protection chimney at Houli Incinerator. At the mid of the path is a Guanyin pavilion with white Guanyin Statue which attracts many pilgrims. There are also some amusing facilities and pavilions along the way.
