Xintian Hiking Trail is 2.9 kilometers in length at an elevation between 279 and 500 meters. It starts at Xintian Hiking Trail Parking Lot. After reaching the endpoint of the Juxing Mountain triangulation point, visitors can follow the circular hiking trail back to the parking lot. The 1063-step wooden stairway, eagle-watching platform, and lookout platforms are ideal places to enjoy the scenery along the way, attracting a lot of residents from Tanzi and Fengyuan for outings here.
The well-known 1063-step wooden stairway is built along the hillside. The continuous upward slope challenges the physical strength of visitors.
Watching the vast sky and clouds from the eagle-watching platform with endless undulating mountains ahead, visitors have their sweat blown away and the fatique relieved.
