Dakeng Trail No.4

Posted Date : 2023-09-22 3430

Trail No.4 meanders along altitudes between 470 m to 859 m above sea level. It features widely varying grades, and there's one 300 m steep section that is a test of the hiker's strength and stamina and is known jokingly as "cold feet slope". Because of earthquake, the area of vegetation along the trail is smaller. Path along the ridge is winding, resembling the Great Wall from a distance and which challenges courage of tourists who hold the high ground. It takes 2.5 hours to reach its end where connects with Touke Pavilion, the highest point of Trail No.5.
