This bomb shelter was built during the Japanese colonial era and became known as the "ghost shelter" because of its long, narrow and dark passages, rather than any sinister or scary stories or occurrences. The shelter is open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays. Inside, one can still see the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and other facilities built by the Japanese army.
